Depends on your skin tone, hun. If your skin tone is darker, it CAN be used for mildly highlight a darker liner, or if your skin is paler, for that natural look...
Honestly, sometimes, I find odd uses for even the simplest of things. Mac paste eyeshadow for blush or lip color, or liner for lip lining or eyebrow [pencil liner, of course] emphasizing. ^_^
