Is Crimson and cream a good color combo for a married couple's room?

Anything that makes them happy is good.

In my opinion...trim the cream with crimson.....or I could say to highlight with crimson over the cream. (hope you get it)

....making cream the main color....Is Crimson and cream a good color combo for a married couple's room?
Sounds a great combo. I'd recommend using crimson as the accent colour - eg maybe just one wall crimson, the others cream, and maybe have accessories like bedding, cushions etc in crimson. This way, it won't be too girly, and hubbie still feel like its his retreat too.Is Crimson and cream a good color combo for a married couple's room?
nice combo! however, i do think that you should use cream as the wall color and crimcson as the accent...all four (or whatever) walls being crimson could be really dark, dramatic, and maybe even girly. remember, if you ever end up moving, crimson may not be agreeable with some house buyers...

crimson accents: pillows, bedding, furniture, pic frames, vases...also, if you have a wardrobe with anykind of wood work (like beveling) try painting the beveling crimson, so it'll be a cream wardrobe with a crimson squaare through it...

if you have a closet built in to the wall, paint the insode of it crimson and install spotlights in the ceiling of the closet.

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!
Those colors arent bad. I would recommend Lowe's Cabin Red EB38-1 and Craft White EB25-4 by Eddie Bauer if you choose to paint.
Great combination, provided it's cream walls and furnishings, and crimson accents ( curtain/drapes edgings, tassels, cushions, etc).

It's also my living room combination - and you can make it as rich or as contemporary as you like - very versatile, and it goes well with dark tropical woods, wooden shutters etc.
