A light blue/aqua. You don't want to get a dark color since you have the brown, and too much dark doesnt make for a calm room. And you wouldn't want too close to a cream because that would look blah. So light bluish or aqua sounds good to me.

try a lighter shade of brown like a tan that is in the same family of the brown shade you are using for your bedspread. A light purple would also work, but if you aren't a woman you might consider this color too female.
Either off white or white.





You shouldn't over do it with the brown, so don't do brown on the walls.
you could go with a cream kinda color or if you want something different you could try deeper jewel tones (green, red, purple, etc.).
I agree with ivory color. A pale green color may be nice. Or if I were you, I'd try to use wallpaper with simple designs but have it be cremeish.
light blue. i love love love the way brown and light blue look together. get some light blue throw pillows too.
