Black stilletos with a peep-toe. That just screams ';Hot';, in a sultry, 1940's pin-up girl sort of way.
It depends on the pants. If you're wearing black pants, I'd go with a black shoe (black pumps with a skinny, 2-3 inch heel would be really cute!). If it's kahki pants, perhaps a dark brown would look nice and give it a warmer look, but the black would still work fine too. Brown pants would go better with black, as if you wore a brown or cream-colored shoe, it might look like you were trying to be too ';matchy-matchy.'; If you're in doubt though, always go with black; it may not be the most exciting color, but it'll work with anything. Depends on the skirt or slacks. If they are fairly simple, some great cheetah stilettos would be a great accent.
