sumthing simple with a pendant !
A long thin chain with a pendant that ends just before the cleavage starts (plays up the cleavage, but if it goes into the cleavage, it looks tacky). Preferably, the pendant will come to a point at the end (diamond shaped, e.g) and if your dress has black dots, a black one would probably be nice. But diamonds are always best =)
a short, charm or somple silver pendant neckalce but no pearls or ppl will think youve gone dotty! (no pun intended! lol)
umm no. not short. u want to accent the low v-neck. wear a LONG silver necklace, with a ';pearl'; every so often, and let it hang low. not too low.just above the tip of the V.

Black jet (or faux jet) beads. Either as one chunky necklace or several strands of smaller beads. Or even a silver necklace with bead accents. It could be a pendant necklace. It depends on if you are going for drama, classy, day, evening, etc.

I'd say go without a necklace at all. It would look simpler and classier. Go for some dangly earings and maybe a nice bracelet. Less is more. Don't over accessorize.
