I Just bought a minature poodle cream color with green eyes - can a pure bred have green eyes?

I have been told that pure bred poodles can not have green eyes I jusst wanted to know if this is true or not.I Just bought a minature poodle cream color with green eyes - can a pure bred have green eyes?
Eye color, coat color, and even size cannot determine whether the dog is purebred. While you could not enter your dog in a show, as a pet, there isn't anything wrong with the way your poodle is.

Remember---There are some ugly purebred dogs out there...I Just bought a minature poodle cream color with green eyes - can a pure bred have green eyes?
Light colored eyes are a fault.

Eyes-- very dark, oval in shape and set far enough apart and positioned to create an alert intelligent expression. Major fault: eyes round, protruding, large or very light.

That doesn't mean they aren't purebred though. It just means that you wont be winning any dog shows.
I haven't had any problems with my poodle.
