Make sure your tomatoes are getting enough water, if thats not the problem look for ';vegetable food'; can be found in (walmart or home depot), or use steer dung as a fertilizer,(sounds nasty but works great.)
I've planted tomatoes 2 years ago, and noticed that the tomatoe plants planted in the shade didn't have that problem.I just planted a tomatoe plant and the some of the leaves are turning a white/cream color. What's wrong?
J. P. is right. I have grown my own plants next to the house for 5 years now. Use ';Miracle Grow'; for tomato's. It is excellent. Watch for bugs. I spray my plants every two weeks. Also....watch out for the birds. They ';love'; the red fruit. It's like a buffet to them. I have netting that I put out over all my plants. They are in like a little netting house. Works great. I got the netting at WalMart. Good luck!!! They taste ';GREAT';!!!!!I just planted a tomatoe plant and the some of the leaves are turning a white/cream color. What's wrong?
The tomato plant must be infected by insects use proper fertilizer or the medicines which you get for plants.try it out if it doesn't work then it's not my problem.
Most of the time when you take a tomato plant out of a pot that was bought at Wal-Mart for example, they just water the plants everyday and they are usually under some type of canope. It's quite a shock for the plant when taken out and put in a garden or other type of soil. It takes several days to recover from the change. Some times they die, but most of the time with water and a small amount of granular fertilizer, they will come back out. The smaller the plant, the less time this takes. Just my experience with tomato's that come out of pots.
it is dying
