There is a beautiful spider web in my back yard and it has a spider on it and the spider is like a cream color

all spiders possess some type of poison. could be a wolf spider, you didn't give enough description. go to ask. com and hit images then spiders, maybe you'll find a picture. black widows actually have crappy webs, snares really, nothing ornate.
Unfortunately, that can describe a ton of different spiders. You have to consider what part of the country you live in, what country you live in, temperatures, etc. It could be just a wolf spider which is common throughout America.
I think it is a orb spider
It sounds like an orb weaver spider (Araneus). They're harmless, don't worry.





The most common orb weaver is called the yellow garden spider (Argiope aurantia). That may be what you have, but I can't say for sure, sorry.





They all make beautiful webs.





They are harmless, and beautiful to look at, so you should leave her where she is and let her catch the bugs in the neighborhood for you. :)





There are some great websites about Orb Weavers out there, and you may be able to find your specific species if you look through them. Good luck! Try looking up ';orb spider'; along with your area, and see what you find.
