Green, that is for sure. Front wooden door will add warmth and the window/door trimmings should be somewhat deep yellowish gold give the house a character. Add flowers in the front of the house to add awesome curb appeal. It reflects of what the nature is all about. Wine berry is nice however I think it may not be appealing to buyers in the future if you plan to sell. http://www.abchomecenter.com/images/Prem…
Coordinating house colors can be confusing. Most houses will use at least three paint colors: Siding color, a contrasting color for window and door trim %26amp; accent color for shutters, doors, porch decks, railings, and other details.
http://architecture.about.com/cs/repairr…What shutter colors go best with a heritage cream color siding?
i was going to answer a white, but you got me there..OK, wine-berry, maybe with some green, fine contouring for contrast also, this is out of your palette, but burgundy would look nice also
Both colors would be fine with cream. But look at your existing surrounding colors also. The roof plays an intricate part in your choice as well as what your neighbors have and the style of your home.
If you have white trim with the cream, consider the factors above. I would paint the door the same color unless you have a Victorian style home.
Make sure when you choose you are outside viewing the paint chips. You can always take a couple of shutters off and paint the back side or the front side when you have your selection narrowed down and then live with it for a while viewing it at different times of the day. Move them to different sides of the house to see how the difference in lighting affects the color.
You can also use poster boards. I do suggest painting something larger and not go by just the chip. I prefer green.
I vote for the wineberry
I would go with green! it depends if you are selling your house. Wineberry isn't as appealing to other buyers as the deep green color would be and if the outside isn't appealing people will pass right by sometimes without giving the inside a chance. If this is the house you will stay in forever then I still say green. Depending on the actual shade of cream wineberry might look ok, but I am not certain. Good luck!
